We do our best to ship out as soon as the order arrives. Sometimes there are shipping problems from the manufacturer that delays your order. We will notify you when that occurs.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Call us with any problems. We have a 30 day exchange policy. However, if the game is opened, we have to charge a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are out of our donation budget for the year. We donate to senior centers and children hospitals.
