We have a thirty day return shipping policy. NO RMA is required.

If we made a mistake,we will fix it immediately.

  • We will email you a return label if we sent the product in error, for you to return the product. We will ship you the right product IMMEDIATELY, if it was our mistake
  • To receive a refund, the product must be undamaged,clean and sent back to us with its original packaging. Return items with their original packaging in new condition, to receive a refund. 



Dominoes vary in size -we do not accept returned domino sets because the dominoes vary in size within a set. Every manufacturer has a small variance within their set. All domino sets are made outside of the US and we don't have control of the manufacturing processes. 

As a rule of thumb, Puremco & CHH have the least amount of domino issues.

Q-I had a mistake on my order, you sent the wrong set, what should I do?
A-Send us an email and we will send you the right set and refund you return shipping costs. Unfortunately, this happens more than we would like. This sets come from a foreign country and are not always marked clearly. If your set has been opened and sealed it's because we double-checked your order.
Q-Why do I have to pay for shipping? I don't have to pay for shipping on Amazon
A-God bless, Amazon. We hope they can answer all of your Mexican Train questions, too. We offer fast, courteous, American customer service and will stock all of the domino sets we sell with replacement parts for seven years.
We try our hardest to keep shipping as low as possible but those tiles are heavy !
A standard set of dominoes weighs six pounds, and automatically ships out priority mail due to the weight, so you get it faster.

Q: Do you have Store Locations?

A: Yes we do – we currently have 1 location in Grand Prairie, TX,  Call 254-662-6084 

Q: How long does it take for shipments to ship?

A: Most packages ship out the same day. Certain items are stored at our florida warehouse and can take 48 hours to ship


Q:Do you have a printed catalog?

A: We don't have a printed catalog. We add products so often that a printed catalog couldn't keep up. And it is very expensive to print. We like to think we are saving a few trees by not creating one.
So if you have a friend or neighbor that doesn't have access to the Internet from home or work why not bring them over to your house or have them visit the local library. We don't want anyone to miss keeping their dog safe.

Q: Do you deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday?

A: UPS and Fedex will deliver on Saturdays but there is an additional charge for this service. Please contact our customer service office at 877-364-4332for further details. USPS will deliver on Saturdays for no additional charge but have slower transit times. No one delivers on Sundays.

Q: What does Next Business day delivery mean?

A: Next Business day delivery means that the package will be delivered to you on the next business day after we ship the item. If we ship the package on a Friday, the package will be delivered on the following Monday.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes,we ship to Canada, England and Australia. We hate that shipping is expensive internationally and do our best to keep the rates low. We add a few free items if we feel shipping is too high.

Q: Do you share customer information with anyone?

A: ABSOLUTELY NOT ! We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. We do not sell or exchange e- mail addresses
