When orders are shipped out, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you to let you know. We stock almost all of our product in our California warehouse and try to ship within 24 hours.

RETURNS

All of our products have photos and videos so you can see EXACTLY what you are buying. Please take the time to look at the colors closely. We know how important it is to get the colors that you want.

We have the APPROXIMATE SIZE of the dominoes on every listing.

NOTE: Dominoes sizes can vary by manufacturer in the same run of dominoes. This happens because the factory could change the procedure and not let the manufacturer know. They try to quality check them but often the variance is 1/16 of an inch.

We DO NOT SEND RETURN LABELS for this variance. If this is an issue to you, please just send it back and we will refund you.

Dominoes are hand-packed and mistakes can happen at the factory. We spot-check the dominoes but obviously can't open every set.

We are happy to help OUR CUSTOMERS fix any problems with their sets.
